Is it suspicious to hang around with ethical Christians now?
The doc actually said he was one who had removed life support and believed in doing that. He said this case did not meet criteria for that.
But now, just the word Christian is an epithet.
Right. But he said in his affidavit that he believes it is sometimes appropriate to withhold nutrition from a patient in PVS. While I disagree with him on this point, it would at least appear that his religious beliefs did not predispose him to diagnose Terri more favorably.
Of course, the opposition will never acknowledge this.
