you are right. I read the law. If they take her tommor after midnight, they have a day for a hearing and that day is Monday.
If they think the guardian, Judge Greer now as I understand, is part of the abuse, they don't have to get his permission.
The Judge is under incredible stress now, can you imagine. He may be high on power but unless he is insane, he knows the forces opposite him.
