If she dies, then I have to re-analyze my political party affiliation, or consider taking some other action(s).
This travesty cannot go unaddressed nor unaccounted for. Pure and simple.
I won't sell out.

...So, no matter the delay tactics that it seems the judicial system is playing right now, God is ultimately in control of how long Terri lives. No matter what happens, God is still on the throne, and He is worthy of our praise and of our trust.
Thank you for reminding me of this. You wrote it in the way I needed to see it.

Hi kimmie, great question. My husband and I have moved many times in 30 something years of marriage. When I would move to a new town, I'd call the local crisis pregnancy center to get the scoop on the docs.

Hmmm...it's about as useful right now as a federal subpoena.

Ping for freedom---I just can't imagine what can save Terri now, except a miracle---
I guess this is a good week for a miracle, but I am not very optomistic any more at all--
It is just so maddening---and I think the smarminess of MS and his lawyer makes it even harder to bear---contemplating their "victory dance" on top of Terri's grave.

It took me about two hours of busy signals to get through to the Governors office today. I take that as a good sign, they're being flooded!
Keep up the calls! E-mail! FAX!
Let Jeb know how disappointed we'll be in him if he does not intervene!

Thanks for the ping. I quoted part of that post on my profile page. I hope it's okay with expatguy.

There can be no victory dance on top of Terri's grave because they want her cremated against her family's wishes. No autopsy. Scatter her ashes in Pennsylvania all against her family's wishes. Nobody will be dancing on Terri's grave.
Still waiting for a miracle from on High. Amen.

SCHINDLERS HAVE BEEN DENIED SEEING TERRI AGAIN.. AS PER FOX NEWS Is this the window?
To: Txsleuth
I feel for the parents. They must have suspected for a long time that MS was a monster. But since he had "all the power" they couldn't confront him on it or they would be banned forever from her side.
But it amazes me how when some of the people who visited Terri "didn't get a response" don't take into consideration how if she has been abused by her husband, she probably would only respond to the people she trusted.

The discussion last night about legal holidays ... is Friday a legal holiday in Florida? Are the courts closed? If protection is taken at 12:01 a.m. Friday, and the courts are closed, Terri would be in custody through Monday without DCF having to petition the court for emergency protection. Enough time to stabilize her, which was Jeb's first concern, according to his presser.

// Give her worried mother the wisdom and guidance needed to make every decision that will bring her back. Protect her, Merciful Father, in the Name of Jesus, we pray, Amen ... // -- and Father, give dear TRO the peace of mind and heart that only faith and a close walk with You will give, so that she can continue to hear and heed the promptings You might give.
and Father, . . . sustain us all, ease the grief we feel, let us see how best to express it and still help Terri .... esp. be with those whose hearts are breaking at hospice, in court, in the venues where this evil is playing out. Shine the light of YOUR justice, YOUR truth on this evil -- let those who speak falsely against Terri be ashamed, we pray. Sustain Terri physically, mentally, spiritually at this time that taxes her body -- let her be at peace and in a state that allows her metabolism to slow and not have great demands placed on it. Please, Lord, keep Terri in YOUR care -- as we also pray that things are working behind the scenes for a final, definitive GOOD outcome for Terri and her family. May all see and behold YOUR truth, YOUR Name, above all man can do. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Terri's mother has been denied to see her daughter in her daughter's greatest time of need. That is monstrous!!

The part about the fax is that I like the idea of using their ink and paper. Maybe it will make them think.
