All I can think of is that Jeb and the POTUS are exausting every single "legal" avenue before going to their trump cards of Executive Orders

I thought Sekulow said the judge was the last resort; if he denied the request by DCF then Bush had no power to step in???? Did I hear or read wrong?

Frankly, if this goes on after noon tomorrow, I will begin to think it more humane to let her go than bring her body through the trauma of recovery.
But, Jeb can act tonight one minute after midnight and not have to go to court until Monday.

Perhaps that is an issue to put on living wills.
Perhaps if you have a living will people could indicate their preference, in the event of incapacity, for a Judge who is a registered Republican.
Who wants their life decided by a Judge who believes in "duty to die".
The democrat party, by the silence of their leadership, has sentenced their own party to death as much as they have sentenced Terri.
BTW First TRIED to have SHALL ISSUE A TEMP INJUCTION language into the the Palm Sunday Compromise but the Democrats said they would not vote for SHALL ISSUE language.
The democrats are trying to push the talking point of blaming Congress. The MSM is going to work overtime to spin this as not reeeeeealy a left right issue.
