I must say, despite this terrible situation, it's helpful to have FR and FReepers to communicate with. It does make me feel a little better. If I could just be convinced this will trigger the revolution against judicial tyranny. . .

Of course everyone here remembers the last scene of Judgment at Nuremberg, where Spencer Tracy, the head tribunal judge, tells Burt Lancaster, the Nazi judge, the first time he sentenced someone he knew to be innocent to death, he was condemned. And of course, the victims at issue in the movie were JEWS AND THE DISABLED!

Exactly. The disabled in America should be screaming bloody murder at the top of their lungs right now. The precident set by this case is as bad as Roe v Wade.
