I think the statute Jeb quoted today in his news conference requires a 24 hour notice to MS and the Judge and health care facilities.

That would mean he can not act until tomorrow.

I know someone posted the statute on here that explains everything.

Oh. that would be excellent if you're right. I didn't read it. Of course every minute is precious, but I think a lot of us would feel wonderful if Jeb did something.

I hope your right. Regardless, Jeb or President Bush needs to use their Executive powers to gain control of Terri.
