That about sums it up. Olson's brief to SCOTUS was one of the finest legal documents I have ever had the pleasure to read. It was sort of like listening to Brahams 4th symphony conducted by Klemperer, which even though recorded in only mono, is still akin to a religious experience for this near atheist to listen too.

I've been praying for days that someone like Ted Olsen would step up and offer to help. Of course, who knows, maybe all kinds of offers have been made....even tonight, Steve Centani from Fox was reading from the legal papers filed with the Supreme Court and making the point that they appear to have been done in a hurry and pointed out errors in them.
