A lawyer called on Hewitt on Monday night screaming that they had to amend the pleading before it got to the court of Appeal. Hewitt was a little dismissive saying the 11th District could remedy it if they wanted.
I guess they just did not want to.
That lawyer was me, actually. It was quite an experience.
