Napolitano said during the discussion that the legal issues so far seem to have been that she had a fair review...and the law was followed. If say, you were tried for murder, convicted, and then it came out that someone else had done it...some judges might say, so what, you had your day in court. The fact that you are factually innocent is neither here nor there. Napolitano said judges should understand the law is about justice, and that they're not a bump on a log...in other words, see justice done...not just the formality.
