So much for the "RuleofLaw" conservatives preach!

Conservatives will have no moral ground for screaming "RuleofLaw" when the next mayor or governor autonomously legalizes homosexual marriage.

The RuleofLaw didn't matter in Florida, so why should it in Vermont or California.

The slope is getting very, very slippery!

Michael has had 15 years of judicial process. Allegiations of abuse have come forward to the state DCF that must be investigated.

The National Guard must make sure that she is alive to see the investigation go forward.

Rule of law? You mean the same "rule of law" that had to be broken to take slaves to safety and freedom? The same "rule of law" that made black people have to drink from different water fountains than white people, until civil disobedience changed things? We're at that point now.

Any law that declares an innocent woman be starved to death deserves contempt, not respect.

Yes. When 'activist' judges do things we don't like, we howl and howl. When 'activist' administrations do the same thing its okay, because the end justifies the means.

Sad.

That is what they call "hitting the nail on the head".

Forget it. The pro-Terri side has gone over the edge. Any such arguments are lost on them.

Rule of law arguments only apply when law is authentic, not when men purpetrate intrinsically immoral acts under the color of law. As for the slope, remember how slippery it got in 1930s Germany, and all in accord with the law.
