And the proper answer to Stalin's question was "As many as he needs." We see who was right. Between Reagan and the Pope, they destroyed Stalin's evil Empire.
How many divisions does Terri need in order to survive? We'll see. So far the divisions of lawyers are failing miserably. Lets see how the legions of bureaucrats do.

That was not Stalin, who asked how many tanks did the pope have. It was the Holy Roman Emperor before he sacked Rome and killed thousands. He was a devout Catholic who ended his days in a monastery.
