I think what I was trying to say is being taken the wrong way. We wer quick to jump on these parents over the Schiavo case for "exploiting" their kids yet saw nothing wrong with a man taking his 3 y/o daughter to a highly charged political rally holding a sign guarenteed to get attention.
What I was trying to say was how can we say one is "exploitative" and the other isn't?

I don't know about the jumping on parents in the Schiavo case as I don't have time to read the thousands of posts to keep up to speed.
I do see something wrong with a Father taking his young Daughter to an event where the Liberals may injure kids.
No one should take a young child where there is danger like that.
It's not exploitative in that case, just ignorance.
