Since the crime is a second degree misdeameanor that probably has never been prosecuted, it is highly unlikely that Michael Schiavo would remain in jail any longer than necessary to have his paltry bond posted for him. More than likely after being booked, he would be released on his own recognizance. Any effort to have [him] removed as guardian would be before Greer who would see these tactics for the sham that they are and refuse to remove Michael Schiavo as guardian.

I sure open adultery has been prosecuted in Florida before, even if not often. And even if arresting Michael for criminal adultery ultimately fails to save Terri, why not try it anyway? If you're going to arrest people who are just trying to take water to Terri, why won't you arrest the man who is killing her for his own violations of Florida law? Why does he get a free pass? Because adultery is popular but saving people from murder by starvation is not?

Because there is less than zero chance of your plan working.

If you're going to arrest people who are just trying to take water to Terri, why won't you arrest the man who is killing her for his own violations of Florida law?

I don't think it's right but Michael Schiavo has a court order backing up his actions. The path you suggest in order to defeat him is convoluted, nonsensical and a sham.

Because it would accomplish about as much as pounding away on a keyboard demanding people "do something" which is exactly nothing.

Maybe by charging him with adultery it would at least make some people aware of the fact that he entered into another committed relationship with another woman and has fathered 2 children while being a "devoted, loving" husband to Terri. I have met people who think Michael made this decision because he was so in love with her and this is "the last gift he could give her" . When I tell these people a few facts about Michael and the things he has and hasn't done, the overwhelming response is "I never heard about that" ... the truth changes their entire perspective about what's happening to Terri
