Michael Schiavo testified that Terri told him something. Terri can't testify directly what she actually said. This is hearsay.
These nurses are testifying directly to the court, thus, their statements are not hearsay.
Uhh... Michael saying his wife wanted to die without anything to back it up IS heresay ...sheesh..
