Thanks for the update on the law which happens to be my profession. I am guessing you are refering to my statment, that I HAD believed the nurses were lying? If you read through the many posts, you will note that I had not seen or heard that these nurses provided affidavits. If I had, I would not have made the statement because I know the penalties of perjury. That is not to say that people do not lie under oath. I am to the point where I would say anything to save Terri. Not because it is right, but because CLEARLY her husband is motivated by something no HUMAN BEING can grasp. My point originally was that perhaps this is what the nurses were doing. Of course it is now more clear (thanks to many FReepers) that the evidence is unsurmountable and the nurses are inevitably telling the truth. If only a judge would look at their statements. RIGHT NOW!!

Why would you assume that the Nurses Affidavits were lies if you had NOT seen them? You made a Judgment without confirmation that they were true or not true. I would have thought that a Lawyer (which my hubby is and who I work with), would have asked to read the Affidavits BEFORE declaring them false.!!
