Technically as all things Jewish goes.....Hevron is more the endightment on a peoples who have clearly lost their spiritual way.

Hevron was where David was anointed King.
The Hill country ceeded to Valiant Caleb.
The burial resting place of Israels Patriarchs....most especially Avraham...whose name** is the signatory continuance of the Covenant with the Land.

How many times has the Sons of Esau desecrated that Holy site...with kodaks and VHS of them urinating on the rubble pile after.

For Israel to leave the Jewish Community in Hevron isolated and in a Fort Apache reality is madness.

Why they did not take all of Hebron in 67 is a wonder to me.
This to me is a critical Spiritual issue...and one which emboldens the Muslim towards his machinations.
If they [Israel] care nothing for their most Holy ground.....would they not defer over Jerusalem eventually too.?

Real heart condition problem with Israel in my thinking.
Whats worth fighting for...
Dimona...Silicon business district?

I can hear the footsteps of the Almighty walking away.

He will not walk away, He set the covenant by Himself, only God passed between the halves of the offering, He did not allow Abraham to do so.

What may be far worse for the secular Jew is that God is not going to walk away, his footsteps are getting louder. There is a real cleansing coming to the land, and it will be in blood. HaShem is wise enough to know who and why.

I would not swap shoes with Sharon for a Billion Dollars...
