Sounds like a pattern to me - take 24 hours to decide - get her one more day closer to death. Give decision at dawn when everyone is sleeping. How very sickening.

Felos is expecting (as in guessing) that a decision will be given by daybreak, not that he knows that one will given before then.

My guess is that Fox has a reporter with attorneys from each side and Felos made that statement to them. Couldn't have 'know it all' Felos say he didn't know, could we.
