that is such crap, not true! DCFS can remove Terri and take custody of her with out a gaurdians approval. Please people, don't post stuff unless you know it is true.
Halls, you are correct. The DCF did show up to take Terri around 5:30 ish. They did not have a court order so the 'group' from DCF was refused request to take Terri. BUT, one DCF person was allowed to go to Terru's room and view her. They did that and left.
This was some legal expert in Florida who read the statute. He said that was what enabled Greer to turn it down.
DCF has every right to remove her based on the new evidence. The new evidence points to abuse by her guardian.
This is how DCF can legally pull her out.
