Thanks for the post, atruelady. If the worst should happen, will the Government be able to keep MS from cremating her and doing the autopsy that MS is trying so hard to avoid? I know that older insurance policies usually have an autopsy clause. I wish she had one of those older health insurance policies that requests an autopsy.
Florida law REQUIRES that no cremations upon death for 48 hours....however...
