My guess would be that DCF would act around 10 o'clock tonight ... after visiting hours and before the facility is really settled in for the night ... maybe a bit earlier. Next best guess would be around midnight, when the Vigilers have gone and the facility is sound asleep.

I was having similar thoughts re: the time frame. We'll have to wait(more) and see.
