One of his legal people answered and she sounded VERY busy saying that they are absolutely working on it right now and my phone call was interrupting (she said it nicely).
She said this after I expressed my worry about Greers noon decision tomorrow and that Terri might not live through the night.
She said that she is taking my comments to heart, but they are reallly working on it. She had a tremendous sense of urgency in her voice.

They are obviously working on it. Before I read your post, my son and I just prayed (he is upset) and we prayed that they would be working on it even as we spoke.
So I see this as a good thing.

thanks for posting that info. I am hoping and praying to wake up to better news tomorrow. God, please keep her safe now -- give her comfort, strength to her body and mind and soul; frustrate the efforts of the evil ones against Your little one. do not let them lift another finger against her, no final assaults on her body, no attempts to frustrate efforts for good. Please encourage and strengthen those stepping out in faith for good for Terri. We pray this will be done, and quickly . . . be with the hands of those who will minister to Terri to bring her back strong again.
