Greer already refused to give DCF time to investigate. Why should he give them any time now? New allegations? So what?

I was CPS and didn't need anything other than a gut feeling and a supervisor's approval over the phone. DCF could have stepped in the very hour it was presented to them. They don't need an investigation first. You FIRST pick up the suspected victim and put them in a safe place and THEN proceed with the investigation. To hell with what a judge says; DCF trumps Greer. I've been hollering for DCF for how many years now.

But you weren't dealing with a settled case, were you? The judge has already made a final determination in this case. He has in effect taken Terri out of everyone else's hands---as a matter of law.
