Greer already refused to give DCF time to investigate. Why should he give them any time now? New allegations? So what?
They have new evidence
New evidence? Why waste it on Greer? Once he rules on it, it becomes old, digested evidence. I thought Greer was off the case after Congress passed that bill. Yet now we have the DCF going to Greer and filing a new complaint. Can't be 1/100th as serious as all the others he waved aside. Why can't they go to another judge? A federal judge?
