GREER has no right to hold this up, and my guess he will.
It's BS, to allow Greer to make the decision to STop this horror against Terri.
Greer wants Terri dead, therefore he should be relieved of his duties, if he stops DCF from taking Terri into protective custody. The whole world is watching this barbaric action in this country.
If someone doesn't stop this, ...... I have no more words.

I think -- I may be wrong, but I think -- that the DCF can move without Greer's approval. perhaps it's pro forma to give a judge the chance do undo an earlier ruling, but I don't think the government agency can be stymied by that judge's refusal to do so.
