Webster: If there is a conflict, it's up to the court to make the decision. We should err on the side of life. (shezza's question: does this leave it again up to the discretion of the judge? Greer said he found "clear and compelling evidence" to believe Michael and Scott and Joan's testimony and completely disregard testimony to the contrary. That makes the threshhold a variable, which can still be exploited.)

When Sen. Webster said that he doesn't think this will pass in the house, isn't he basically asking that this will just go through now for terri's sake and these people do not have to worry about it becoming law?
