I would not be surprised if they have orders to shoot to kill to keep intruders out. Judging from the pledge the workers were required to sign, Laura would be at no advantage.
I wonder what they are doing....they can ask for the en banc at the Court of Appeals (by the way they do have 12 justices) OR do the Writ of Certiorari to the SCOTUS...and pray they agree to it.
