You are right. Judge Whittemore first didn't seem to properly interpret what was before him from the U.S. Congress and the POTUS. I watched the briefings on c-span and had a clear understanding of what Judge Whittemore was charged with doing. When he delayed for at least 12 hours, that seemed more than fishy.
IT IS REALLY HIDEOUS that 3 Hospice nurses have been fired since last night for refusing to sign a paper that stated that they DID NOT AGREE WITH THE ACTIONS OF THE U.S. CONGRESS.
What exactly is it when a medical facility who owes the federal govt. 14 million dollars for financial irregularities demands that certain employees PUT IN WRITING THAT THEY DO NOT AGREE WITH THE U.S. CONGRESS OR THEY WILL BE FIRED???
Isn't that major fraud? AGAIN?

Several posters and I would like to dump some tea somewhere, but aren't sure if it should be at the Crawford Ranch, Jeb's place, or both. Our voices aren't being heard and we're going to have to do something about it.
How else can we help floriduh? I wish I was there and I've called Florida senators, but I wish I could do something more active.

I'm less charitable. IMHO, it was a law, and he broke the law. To bad the law didn't have some jail time for breaking it.

good morning FV. I just learned that the 11th circuit turned Terri down. I am sick!!(I actually am broken all out in hives!!).......We must continue to pray and work as much as we can in the next few hours to convince Fl.Leg. to PASS a bill or for Jeb to act and take her into protective custody. (I still am not sure how that works legally). My prayers continue.........

Wow, now 3 nurses fired! That's impressive that at least we do have some medical personnel who aren't out to kill.
I can't believe that the Feds continue to allow the hospice to operate. If you were a small business owner and defrauded the gov't you'd be in deep trouble.
