The cop car hidden in the trees has the NAZI factory equipped german shepherd. HAVE YOU NOTICED THEY ALWAYS BRING THE DOGS AT NIGHT? I guess they think there will be a raid and they would have the dogs tear would be rescuers apart.
haha I thought of the rain too! Hoping maybe there was a hole in the ceiling.
Then I thought of the sprinkler system than might be built in.
Then I thought, what if there was an accident there, and everyone would have to be evacuated outside and to the hospital for evaluation. But we can't commit arson. God Himself would have to strike the building with lightning, have a fire, have no one hurt, and get Terri pulled out.

Armed police with guns and dogs surrounding a place where a starving woman lies so as not to allow anyone to put a drop of water to her lips or rescue her.
