I think they do want to hear from us. They are taking our comments.
They didn't sound remotely put out...just the contrary, they sounded very thankful.
If nothing else, probably reports from the family
We are not calling their complaint line, we are calling their main line.

The people answering the phones....are receptionists. It's their job to answer phones.
Called, told them they really needed to get with it and save Terri, she was very nice.. would log calls.

I told you why you shouldn't call. what if you needed help and you couldn't get call to get help because the line was busy?

You can bet that a police force that would arrest children for bringing a dying woman water is in the judge's pocket.. a police force that when referred an attempted homicide by the paramedics, ignored it, when referred an attempted homicide by a nurse, ignored it... those are not police, they are gestapo.
