Well, that is good news, but how long will it take for it to be heard or a decision to take place?


Rush Limabugh does not believe that the Appeals Court will overturn the Federal "Judge" ruling. Also, Rush does not believe that the US Supreme Court will act. IMHO, an Executive Order by President Bush is all that Terri has left. Interesting that this is happening during Holy Week.

Isn't it? I have to say I think it is very coincidental this is happening Holy Week! I think if they get denied this appeal than they shouldn't bother with the U.S. Supreme court as time is just no on their side. I think it is time for Jeb or George to act!

The sick judge planned it that way. He knows Terri's parents are Catholic.

He could have said 2 weeks or 4 weeks or even 6. He chose 3 weeks, and he KNEW what he was doing.

I agree with this. I wouldn't rule out an executive order, though, but it might bring on a true constitutional crisis.

That said, I'm no expert, so I can't say for sure the President can even issue an executive order. Can anyone clarify?
