This is true. That is why I was a bit shocked to come on FR and see a lot of people saying this was a state issue and the congress should stay out of it.

These same people wanting Terry dead only so they can protect "States rights" will be back on here complaining when a state court somewhere over rules a state legislature somewhere on stopping illegal immigration like in Arizona or banning gay marriage like in Massachusetts.
We will hear them all whining, "The courts are out of control, the congress needs to do something"..blah blah blah.

I guess they seem to forget that this case would not be in the Federal courts right now if the Florida Supreme Court did not overturn the law passed to let Terry live, passed by ELECTED STATE LEGISLATORS.
