I'm not going to flame you, and I don't think that there is some nefarious plot by the judiciary to kill Terri. What I think happened is that Judge Greer made a mistake when he accepted Michael Schiavo's word that Terri would want to die. He was living with another woman which is an obvious conflict of interest. Every decision made since then has been based on Greer's judgement. As I said before, I don't think that the courts are intent on killing her, but I do think that they are more concerned about procedure than they are about the actual merits of the case.

Some say that. Some may imply he would want her to die so he can marry the women he has lived with for 10 or so years. I can't fault a man for seeking female companionship as this man has found under these circumstances, nor am I in a position to call the husband a liar when the court found merit in his remembrance about his claim that his wife's wish to die if she was found in such a state.
