There seems to be a lot of this going around—people substituting pathos-induced attacks on the poster instead of trying to use logos to counter the argument.

I did read the ruling by Judge Whittmore, and while I don't like the outcome, I do think he made a compelling and well-documented argument.

IMO, that would be a dangerous precedent. We Freepers crucified Clinton for making EO's...and rightfully so.
