Excellent point. I even agree that that could be a problem.

However there is a process that has to be followed to resolve these matters. That process has been followed in this case. And absent enough proof to the contrary, the spouse (if they are around) should make that decision. He is around and despite what people want to think of him, the courts have maintained his rights as guardian.

The rights of the married couple should not be thrown aside without ample reason, and aside from accusations, no sufficient reason has been found to do so in this case.

And absent enough proof to the contrary...

That's the problem, isn't it? The process to this point won't hear any evidence to the contrary. The judges are only ruling on procedure in the original case, which this Greer character stacked in HINO's favor.

"The rights of the married couple should not be thrown aside without ample reason"

That gives the HINO ample reason to enter into an audulterous relationship with another woman while simultaneously trumping up evidence to off his sick wife?

It's called CONFLICT OF INTEREST, and you can remain BLIND to it, if you want, but everyone else sees it.

Join the BLIND Judge, he can't SEE the truth either.

He can see how to use the law to enforce decisions he made BEFORE he heard the evidence was heard in the case.
