Randall Terry on Hannity is talking about getting 3 more Florida Legislators to pass their State Senate Bill to save Terri.

Sounds like he's given up on the federal court ruling, 2 more state Senators are supposedly moving to his side.

This should have been heard first thing this morning,I'd give him 1 hour, then file in the next court up.

" Judge Geer blocked any attempts to feed Terry by mouth"

Exactly. He ruled that Terri should receive no nourishment nor hydration. PERIOD, not by mouth, not by IV, not by feeding tube.

Here is a link to Greer's actual order to kill Terri:

GREER's ORDER
http://www.alliancealert.org/2005/2005022501.pdf

He not only ruled that Michael Schiavo has the authority and MAY remove the feeding tube, he specifically ORDERED the removal of "nutrition and hydration" from Terri, in other words, he ordered to NOT give Terri food and water, even if she could swallow it!

"ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that absent a stay from the appellate courts, the guardian, Michael Schiavo, shall cause the removal of nutrition and hydration from the ward, Theresa Schiavo, at 1 pm on Friday, March 18, 2005."

I was referring to the Judge who is handling the case and is a clinton Lib appointee, NOT Napalitano!

The judge intends to kill Terri.

This is a Clinton appointed judge, a democrat "activist" judge. Hence he is corrupt and urinates on justice.

Jeb Bush can still take Terri into protective custody in order to have allegations reported to Dept of Children and Families investigated. There are NEW outstanding charges that must be investigated and can't be investigated if Terri is dead. For God's sake call Jeb Bush

The judge intends to kill Terri.

Having banned God, the liberal/leftist Judges have no recourse but to play God and deal death even to the innocent.

Removing her lifeline and starving her during Holy Week is something for me to ponder. Terry Shiavo will be remembered as a perfect example of man's inhumanity to man. God bless her. We must now wonder what will become of the thousands of profoundly retarded kept in special places all over America. They are fed, bathed , clothed like babies and will depend on taxpayers for life. What becomes of them now that courts decide to kill people that cannot feed or think for themselves?

Did he say something from the bench and then go back to chambers to write it? Or are you mistaken? Please clarify.

If this judge refuses to act, I think the appellate court will. The law requires de novo review of the entire factual situation. That would obviously be moot if the woman dies, and it would likely be an abuse of discretion to allow her to die while conducting the review.

The judge could try to dodge the law by claiming that it is unconstitutional. However, such a ruling of law could be reviewed without deference to the lower court by the appellate court, and during the pendency of that process, the appellate court would likely not want the subject to expire.

So, I don't know what to think about what this judge. It's impossible to gauge the mind of a Clinton Kool-aid drinker. But I think the appellate court, which I have read is more conservative, will correct this judge if he fails to perform his obligation to keep Terri alive while he considers this suit.

One way or the other, this case has the POTENTIAL (if acted on correctly by Congress) to be a lightning rod/kick in the a-- for our guys to actually DO SOMETHING about the out of control judiciary.

That's a mighty big "if", but would be about the most positive thing Congress could do over the next couple of years.

Then that is tantamount to murder. Do you know how many people in nursing homes can't feed themselves??? MANY!!

I understand what you are saying and I don't disagree

But this was the Judges ruling and unless a higher court steps in and over rules him .. there is not much legally that can be done

Her parents tried to feed her once and the Judge denied them visitation of their daughter for a time

As I have prayed about this today, this verse from Esther 4:14 keeps coming to mind:

14 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?"

May the Lord give comfort and strength to the entire family, no matter the decision of the judge.

Thanks for pointing this out and making us consider where this all might lead.
