"Only if he think they (and the Supremes) will also pass will it do that."
That's true, but my guess is he will take his chances. And my guess is the 11th circuit will back him up. We'll see soon.

Excellent point. And I think the focal point of this corruption is the one who ordered her killed. The Great High Omnipotent Unstoppable Lord Almighty George Greer (GHOULAGG)? Perhaps.
Though actually I think it's a partnership which extends out a bit further than that.

Stroke of a pen would take care of your concerns that a culture of mercy killing is being bred in places like Florida.
Living Wills will become mandatory. See? That was easy.

>>>The decision in this case should have been simple. Her husband wants her to die. Her parents want her to live. Nobody knows what she wants. Regardless of how disabled she is, it hurts no one to give her to her parents and let them take care of her.<<<<< AGREED!
Thanks. I needed that. It seems to me that far too many people have made this case appear to be complicated.

So, I, and most Americans don't believe a word the HINO is saying. Clarification: most Americans who know a few of the incontrovertible facts of the case.

Mikey can keep it contained upon succeeding in offing Terri, only if he refrains from suing his opponents for libeling/slandering him. Otherwise the facts have to be opened up.

Aside from the whole country filing living wills, what about the considerable number of people who may not have the capacity to make a living will. It's mainly those that have my concerns.

What kind of idiot judges don't see what the heck is going on here? That's the problem, Jay.
They do see it.
Pure evil, imho.

Even grandfathering those who during a window of, say, 3 months after the passage of the law become or are such that they can neither execute a written document or else execute a witnessed oath, would be better than nothing. We got to stop feeding the starve-a-nasia machine.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised. Husband and hospice come immediately to mind.

I know most of you feel as strong as I do, and see the same thing. I'm just about spent on the whole thing, personally. Frustration and anger beyond anger doesn't even describe this grave and mortal sin.
All one can do right now is hammer God with prayer, and give it to Him.

Admittedly and assumption on my part. HINO could have signed away his rights to Felos. I wouldn't be surprised.

There's big money to be made from the dead. There's life insurance, like the policy Terry's husband bought from his new wife before Terry's "accident." She was his insurance broker.
