Judge Napolitano on Fox just said he feels this means the judge will not overturn previous rulings.Did you see the NRO article on Napolitano's op-ed piece about the Patriot Act? Fox's chief legal analyst leaves a lot to be desired. (I'm not attacking him, just making an observation.)
