The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

All the Congress did was get Terri's case before a federal judge.

That's fair enough; but Congress made law to circumvent Florida law.

Why are so many interested in seeing her die a slow painful death?

I won't dignify that with a response.
