At least for me, it's not a question of agreeing or disagreeing with Michael, but a question of what business does Congress have telling Florida how to run the show?
Florida has its law, and, according to the state of Florida, it's followed its law. Now, what power does Congress have to re-write the law of Florida?
Exactly what "law" did the state of Florida follow? Do the judges get to pick and choose what laws to follow? Or is it up to the "people" to decide? It is usually incumbent upon a guardian to do what is in the best interest of their ward. I fail to comprehend how starving someone is in their best interest.
