Chicago. There were certainly some aggressive women, but there wasn't much getting wasted and pairing off with drunken strangers.

Having a daughter (or two, in my case) changes one's perspective on this topic substantially. My kids will not be living in dorms at colleges with co-ed dorms, unless they foot 100% of the bill. Nor will they be living off-campus (not at home) unless I have substantial confidence that they've selected their roommates very carefully. Period.
