Why, because someone makes a baseless allegation? I don't think so.
Show me any evidence at all from that time when she entered the hospital that she was assaulted by her husband. I'm certainly not on his side in this but accusations of attempted murder shouldn't be thrown around without any proof.
So... you don't believe due diligence for due process is required in this case, because.....?
The evidence that has been accumulated by doctors and nurses, that could possibly allow for further inquiry, was adamantly not allowed into any of the determinations by the court.
Don't you think the arrangements of Judge Greer and the administration of the hospice are slightly unusual? Don't you think Michael Schiavo may have had some culpability? They bagged Scott Peterson on less evidence. Why would you not want to investigate all the possible causes of her original injury?
There is, of course, NO PROOF whatsoever of these lunatic claims outside the fevered imaginations of the True Believers. She had screwed up her fluid balance through excessive dieting and that caused her heart to stop. Very tragic.
show me evidence that medical malpractice occured instead.in civil court all that is needed is to convince 12 jurors who need not have any medical or scientific background and since educated people get off we have a jury system that is a joke.
Excuse me but the purposeful neglect, actively applied by ordering that Terri neither be taken outside nor given ANY therapy while being kept ONLY in the hospice room her once husband placed her in when he began seeking the state to put her down ... I'd say that amounts to abuse and neglect aimed at getting her will to live to die so her body will follow ... don't do anything to defend this man's image, he's very bad and contradicts himself regularly on national television.
I'm in complete agreement.
