It doesn't look good that a judge drags his feet over a case that the POTUS cut short vacation for and stayed up late for; a case the US Congress attended to on Palm Sunday.

As for Jeb Bush, we'll have better odds if we pester the President to light a fire under Jeb, who apparently only acts when given orders from higher authority. Like the Judiciary.

I don't think you are being fair with Jeb. Both Bush guys are pragmatists and Jeb saw the writing on the wall on this. He knew how bad the judges are - heck he's been legally dueling with them for months. He knew it needed to go Federal or this nightmare would just continue for Terri.
