I have been noting but not posting that Hospice is only covered if expected life expectancy is less than six months. And a Dr. has to say that and if it goes on longer, they kick you out and medicare won't pay it. I don't know if medicare is paying terri. Is she on Soc Sec disability? She should be as she had a work life as does her husband. She should qualify on her record or his. And medicare does not like being defrauded. Interesting.
I understand that Terri was declared indignent and put on medicaid...it doesn't sound legal does it. Not since a jury awarded her so much money.
