If Gov. Bush is afraid to touch anything that Greer already ruled on (or knew about when he last befouled the bench), then anything that's come up since is fair game. Anything that genuinely concerns the Governor as being a possible threat to Terri's welfare, can serve as grounds to take her into protective custody.
