It definitely exists. These judges are violating statutes left and right.
President Reagan would not have stood for this. He would have written an executive order. And if he were governor, he would be utilizing his full constitutional powers here.
Sorry to offend, folks, but this question is begging to be asked tonight: Are the Bushes wusses?
Have our elected officials become so worried about what the media will say that they no longer act boldly within their own constitutional powers??
I feel sorry for us conservatives. We endured 8 painful years of Clinton and when Bush came along we were so grateful we now hesitate to speak out when "our own representatives" are failing us deplorably.
This is a travesty of justice!
