The 3 branches are not balanced as they should be because the judiciary is making laws out of judge's opinions based upon foreign law or politically correct dogma. This means the people have NO VOICE! The judiciary is interfering with the Constitution and the people's voice

One of the things that have become clearer and clearer is the need for judicial restraint, that is for sure...when judges can demand the death of innocent handicapped people, we are in trouble.
