What do you think? Perhaps it's too vague on Greer's malfeasance, but legislators are already sufficiently aware of it I don't see a need to harp on it. The key, I think, is making clear to the legislature that their own power is at stake if they don't act.
Subject: IMPEACH GREER NOW Judge George Greer has openly declared himself superior to the both houses of the Florida legislature, the Governor, and Congress. He violates campaign laws to get elected, passes orders which are in direct contravention of Florida statutes, and considers himself untouchable. Impeach him now.
If rogue judges like this are allowed to operate with impunity, the legislature may as well not exist. Judges will rule everything, and anyone else in government may as well just stay home.
Great start. Need specific laws broken, etc., including judicial canons broken. I would advise, also, seriously, once it's drafted up, bring it to a Florida lawyer, willing to help with this. He may not want his name mentioned. Or, if someone can bring it to the lawyer who ran against Greer....he may be willing to put his name on it; I don't know.
