IMO, this is disturbing 8mm. They had to sign something that was, in essence, a pledge of allegiance to the hospice/Michael/Felos? It diminishes the number of 'friendlies' inside with Terri.
Yes...... they are circling the wagons, and boiling down to the hardcore willing to risk their all to see Terri suffer.
I think that paper was meant just to identify the hesitant.
