OMG! I just got home and turned on FOX. Heard that if the 11th rules for Terri, hino will file for an 8 freakin' hour delay. The monster must be giddy by now hoping she'll die before any decision is made. He's so close to freedom, he can taste it. Unfortunately, he took away Terri's tasting of anything long ago.

So, he can file a delay but i doubt he will get it. If they let the tube go in I think it will be done fast and they won't bother with HINO's request! They know time is of the essence!
