The appeal has been filed, but am listening to FNC on XM right now and they're not indicating that there has been a decision, nor is there a Terri-related Fox News Alert on my news ticker on my desktop.

There was a headline Judge denies appeal that refered to the ruling at the district court...that may be what she saw...
